Training Programs and Services

1. Cancellation by Participant:
– If a participant cancels their registration more than [3 days] before the start date, a full refund will be issued.
– If a participant cancels their registration less than [15 days] before the start date, a partial refund of [percentage]% will be issued.
– No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after the start date of the program.

2. Cancellation by Unique Consultants:
– If we cancel a program or service, participants will receive a full refund.

Digital Products

No refunds will be issued for digital products such as e-books, online courses, or downloadable content once purchased.

Customized Services
