Overview

The executives should possess exemplary leadership skills. They need to drive the various initiatives with a ‘Top down’ approach. They need to be role models to be emulated by the employees. They have to be good at strategic thinking, people management skills and delegation. They will have to have exemplary clarity in vision and be very effective in disseminating the organization’s vision, mission and values down the line. Apart from leadership skills, they need to possess excellent managerial skills like communication skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills, people management skills, problem solving and decision making skills and other similar skills.
